Mainlands of Tamaac

A 55+ golf course community in the middle of Pinellas county. Comprised of seven different units each with 300 plus free standing homes, each unit has their own club house, pool, shuffle board courts private streets and roads each unit independent of the other but all has access to each others unit. All are self maintained and managed on site.

This gives you condo living with ownership of the land. Maintenance contains in most, roof, exterior painting and lawns, sewer and garage, water. You can legally drive your golf court through out the community and with lights to the Wal-Mart Super center right next to the community.
