Snell Isle

Snell Isle is a quiet and peaceful waterfront area home to many classic homes.  Known for tree lined streets, well manicured lawns, and some of St. Petersburg's largest and most magnificent waterfront homes. 

Streets are adorned with statuary, and wind through eclectic vignettes of various sized and designed homes.  Snell Isle is also home to the Vinoy country club. 

Most homes here show their European style and were originally built in the 1920s and 1930s.  Home prices range from the mid 100s to well over 1 million.
